Patients must:
• Have a stable medical status
• Be capable of participating in a rehabilitation program
• Be privately insured or self-funded; or
• Eligible through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Suitable for patients who require medical supervision, have compromised mobility and functionality, and cannot access day therapy services.
Day Therapy Program
• Suitable for patients who do not require an inpatient stay, are more mobile, and/or require follow-up therapy after an inpatient stay.
Outpatient Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services:
• Suitable for patients who require allied health support via the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program.
